Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days (UK only).
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates:
Standard UK shipping is £2.50 (or FREE over £30).

Returns
We hope you love your product(s), but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please email us at hello@chewdrop.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll
guide you through the process.

Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty).
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept used items.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business
days.
If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
