We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 2–4 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and remains in its original packaging.
To start a return, email hello@chewdrop.com with your order number and reason for returning the product.
Please note: Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept used products.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you with an update.
If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
